☃️December for me means solace, togetherness, closure, closure, escape. This year has left its mark on my life, of constant striving to improve and grow, of longing for a better me.
Last weekend I gathered with my closest friends, to begin our characteristic Christmas eventualities to eat, eat and keep eating. One of the surprises this year is that we all found ourselves in a romantic relationship, all between friends. However, I am very thankful that despite this there is no fracture between us nor do we drift apart, the vast majority are already at the stage of settling down, looking for the best stability both emotionally and financially and living a more mature romance with hopes that it will be the one of a lifetime.💘
But it's all right if it doesn't, does overcoming and happiness depend on someone else? No. We are in a time of enjoyment, whatever comes we have to take care of it, but if you decide to leave, it is because better things will come later.🌷
👩🏽🤝👨🏻The day started early, my boyfriend and I first went out to walk around a shopping mall near our friend's house, to visit the stores full of deals and Christmas vibes. We came across funny things and laughed at the actions of others. We ran into people who came out as a family to enjoy the place and brought a smile to our faces, all in order to find a cell phone for my dad, a favor he asked me for and we gladly obliged.
We laughed a lot and left there with the purchase done successfully, the heat of the city of Maracay is one of the most overwhelming in the state of Aragua in Venezuela, but with a little water and the hope of arriving quickly, our comfortable destination did not make us wait long. Arriving at the house we were greeted by the good family atmosphere of our friend and between chatting and laughing the rest of the group joined the scheduled meeting.
Thanks to some savings from my job at Hive🐝 and other content creation methods I managed to join in the enjoyment of this gathering; we decided that the best option would be some delicious pizzas accompanied by a few beers, that was our big Saturday night dinner and we sure enjoyed it. It allowed us to catch up on individual goals, family gossip and the latest adventures in our lives.
We enjoyed a very cozy place thanks to one of our friends, who has a beautiful house with a patio surrounded by the splendor of nature. The night was also full of beautiful colors and incredible moments, the sky was tinged with a pinkish purple at sunrise and we admired it all together.
After a lot of talking and laughing we also had our full silences, those silences of comfort and joy because we are finally closing another year, ending old storms and getting ready to start a new year with the best of us.
2022 was a year of adaptation, leaving behind a neutral and robotic state for covid, returning to acts of freedom and sincere embraces far from fear.🫂
❄️I wanted to share this experience with you and I hope it is to your total liking, I wish you a Merry Christmas and much prosperity for the rest of the year.❄️
