Hello everyone, this was my first visit to a grave that is almost universally known by the residents of Aceh, Indonesia, and where I was this time. Sheikh Abdurrauf As Singkili's Tomb, which is in Kec, is the name of this grave. Aceh's Singkil District is located in Singkil. Indonesia.
As you can see below, it appears to be a very interesting home; however, when you are here, there is no sign of the tomb; instead, all that is visible are flower trees that have been planted on top of pots and a pole with some vague writing that dates back to 1980.
This is the pillar whose inscription is illegible.
However, we can make out a rocket mast in front of the house. ., and the Sheikh Abdurrauf As Singkili Tomb is housed in that building.
Although I can clearly see two tombs here, I am unsure of whose remains are interred there. Even so, I won't deny that there are additional tombs nearby. But these are the details of my journey to see the tomb's historical cultural heritage site, which is still in existence.
There are also tombs constructed without marble that are buried directly in the ground with no structures built over the graves. The area surrounding the tomb was only covered by two pieces of white cloth. in stark contrast to the tomb I previously posted.
This is how the buildings built around the burial area appear, including the buildings surrounding the burial area, the pillars above the tomb, and the small white pebbles.
As you can see below, there are also many family graves, as well as what are known as buri tombs, which appear to be small but are actually buri, in the burial area here. This is because master teacher named Abdurrauf, who was born in exile but buried in Singkil in Kilangan Village, the capital of Aceh Singkil District, has made significant contributions to the country and nation.
The tomb of Tuan Guru Abdurrauf, also known by his alias As Singkili, a very well-known individual from antiquity, is located and can be seen from here. As singkili is the name of the location where he was born and is also buried, we travel here from the capital city of Aceh Singkil Regency, Indonesia, in about 5 KM or 7 minutes.
There are actually two Abdurrauf graves in Aceh, the first of which is Sheikh Abdurrauf's tomb in Kuala Banda Aceh, which is situated on the edge of the Aceh Kuala coast and faces the Malacca Strait. The second, which I visited at the time, is the tomb of Sheikh Abdurrauf, which is situated on the banks of the Singkil River, about five kilometers or seven minutes from Aceh's capital, Singkil Regency. These are the historical details of the Sheikh Abdurrauf As Singkili tomb that I visited at the time in order to pay respect to him because of the significant contributions he has made to the country and state, regardless of which difference is the most accurate.
Goodbye and thank you.
