We continue here making posts where we can clarify those doubts and give more knowledge to the hivers about the world of the trideng, we are still in the basic explanation so soon my posts will be more interesting.

What is Spread?

It is the name given in the market to the price difference between buying and selling prices indicated for the currency or cryptocurrency we are going to buy or sell.

In previous posts I have already mentioned the spread but I had not explained what it was, that is why now I am going to show you what the spread is.

What is Pip?

The term pip is the abbreviation of point in percentage or in Spanish punto porcentual is the smallest measurement movement at the moment of exchange of any currency.

Let's do an example with euros: EUR / USD at 1.16650 and you close the position by selling one lot at 1.16660. The difference between the two is: 1.16660 - 1.16650 = 0.00010. Source

One pip movement equals 10 units.

The movement of 10 pips equals 100 units and so on.
