El grupo estaba compuesto, por luchadores, fisicoculturistas, yudocas, escaladores, artistas marciales, modelos, rescatistas y hasta presentadores de televisión, la juventud no era la constante, había competidores de 20 años y hasta de 50, mujeres y hombres, esbeltos, delgados y corpulentos estaban presentes, sin lugar a duda buscaban el físico perfecto, no por su contextura sino por sus capacidades.
Aunque las comparaciones no son buenas, las diferencias entre este reality y los occidentales es inmensa, el nivel cultural y de respeto de los participantes de Physical 100 es admirable, no hay artimañas, ni intrigas, cuando un competidor le toca escoger a su contrincante no busca el más débil, sino a su similar en fuerza y agilidad, para así demostrar sus capacidades.
El trabajo en equipo y el respeto son las insignias de esta serie, a nosotros como seres humanos nos toca aprender mucho de este equipo de participantes y para los amantes de este reality, se los recomiendo al máximo, es distraído, conmovedor y una verdadera lección cultural y de compañerismo, así que anímense a disfrutar de Physical 100.
