There are some varieties of carbohydrate that kick me up from my sick bed and some varieties of protein I can't do without on my sick bed.
When I'm sick,
There are food I force myself to go with even when I know I'm seriously down,
When all appetite is gone, I grow with this understanding that though I'm primarily weak and lost all appetite., My flesh need sustainability.
My flesh need those supplement for kick up.
Carbohydrate like garry, pounded yam etc.
I force myself on it,
Now when I'm sick and inappetence, I don't care how I feel.
There is this personal understanding that I had.,
Though I'm inappetence,
I need to satisfy my flesh, I need to take something in.
Carbohydrates and protein are all that will require of me and those are the food that would make me better though I'm sicking.

I ate much of carbohydrates and protein when I'm not healthy sound for I know that in the course of supplying my body with this food nutrients,

So when I force myself on this food,
I am totally doing myself a good thing.
The carbohydrates will boast your energy level while the protein will boast your antioxidants.,
Therefore energizing you to get up from that sick bed.
Eat to live, don't eat to die.
That's the slogan we mis-manage in our daily life.
