When I hear about cooking, I think that the cooking that we have at home is mostly done by mothers,daughters, wives or women.But I think men can cook too.Definitely don't think men are unlucky.Male people are probably a bit more indifferent to cooking than females.But I am not indifferent at all.I love to cook with attention above all else.It is truly a pleasure to be admired by all for cooking beautifully with excellent attention.Today I am going to connect with all of you vegan family.Today I am welcoming vegan family with great feeling to cook Bitter gourd and potato fritters. You all will enjoy this wonderful Balsam pear or bitter gourd fry with pleasure.
Bitter gourd is especially rich in vitamin C and provides protein and iron to our body.It also acts as a defense against viruses and bacteria in the human body.Rich in fiber, bitter gourd cures various problems in the human body including constipation. But it is rich in vitamin B complex along with magnesium folic acid and zinc.Increases the immune system along with energy stamina of the human body.Also light has many qualities.Fiber in light aids in overall digestion.Get rid of kidney stones and prevent tooth decay including gums.Also,potatoes are rich in antioxidants.Which is very beneficial for human body.
Equipment:-
- 160 grams of bitter gourd
- 220 grams of potato
- 5 to 6 green chillies
- 70 grams of onion
- 60 grams of garlic
- Soybean oil 80 grams
- Bay leaves 3 grams
- Like the amount of yellow
- Like the amount of salt
- Five grams of cumin
- Five grams of cinnamon
- Five grams of Gura Masala
- 100 grams of coriander leaves
We are popularly known as Karla in our native language of Bangladesh. The English name of bitter gourd is Balsam pear,bitter gourd alligator pear.However,the scientific name of bitter gourd is Momordica charantia, which belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family.
Step by step making plan
First I showed the selfie with all the necessary toolsbitter gourd and potato with all the other ingredients.Then I peeled the potatoes with a peeler.Here I have peeled onion pepper with garlic ingredients.I cut the bitter gourd and cleaned the seeds separately.
Here I cut the bitter gourds thinly through a cutting board with a knife.
Here I have thinly sliced the potatoes using a cutting board.I cut the onions, green chillies, garlic into nice size.After that I washed all the required materials well.Here in the exhibition you can see selfies of washing two plates.
Here I cleaned the pan well and placed it in the oven.Then I set fire to the stove.
Here I have added cumin, cinnamon, bay leaves and 80 grams of soybean oil. After that I gave the onion and chili ingredients.Here I have added turmeric and salt in quantity. After mixing well it turns into wonderful color.Then I fried the potatoes.
After that I mixed all the necessary ingredients well and let the bitter gourds cook. After that I have shown a selfie here.After mixing well again I added the powdered spices. After that, I put the lid on.Here I reduced the heat of the stove to mix well after 5 to 6 minutes.Exactly ten minutes later we will open the lid and see that our curry is cooked.
