Let us buy Gourd, one of the favorite vegetables from the market. But because gourd contains 96% water. Regular consumption of gourd keeps the human body hydrated. At the same time, it eliminates the problem of sleeping in the human body at night. These two elements, calcium and phosphorus, remove the salt deficiency caused by sweat in the body. We can usually enjoy these things in cooking gourd in this winter. But you can eat more gourd, it will fulfill the water requirement of your body.
Necessary Equipment:-
Gourd 1 kg 400 grams
Ginger in moderation
Coriander leaves in moderation
Onion 130 grams
90 grams of garlic
80 grams of soybean oil

According to our Bangladeshi name, this vegetable is known as Gourd or Kadu. However, the scientific name of Gourd is Lagenaria siceraria. We have come to know these plants as creeping plants. Leafy green vegetables including pulses and gourds are nutritious.

Here first we have given amount of soybean oil according to the ingredients. After the oil is heated, we saute the ingredients of onion, green chillies and garlic. Then we added cumin seeds. Here I have given the amount of ginger along with turmeric. Then mix well with salt.
After the ingredients are roasted well, the gourds are roasted. After that we added the powdered spices. Here we have added 120 mL of water. And add the coriander leaves and mix well.
Here we cover the curry and mix well at 10 minute intervals. After addition we cover again. After exactly five to seven minutes we will open the lid and see that our gourd vegetable recipe is ready.nal making process
