This okra vegetable plays an important role in some diseases of the world. With our time, rather practice some good habits for your own health. Okra water can be a beneficial tonic. However, this vegetable contains a lot of fiber. Vitamin A C and folate, including K, B iron, potassium drink calcium and manganese along with magnesium, antioxidants, beta carotene, ingredients. Especially its antiemia plays a special role in keeping away multiple diseases.

This vegetable plays an important role in increasing the immunity of the human body. It also helps in curing heart diseases of the human body. It also helps in controlling diabetes of the human body. It helps in digestion and fills the deficiency of calcium as part of health. It keeps the bones of the human body strong and increases bone structure and strength. Let us make this wonderful vegetable suitable for eating with great feeling. Above all, clean cooking will help our family as part of health.

Here we have chopped onion, green chilli and garlic on the cutting board with great feeling. Later we are presenting all the necessary ingredients that have been cut in front of you. After that we have added 80 grams of soybean oil to the pan. Later we have added onion and chilli ingredients to the pan after the oil is hot.

Here we have combined the necessary ingredients with the right amount of salt. We have lightly fried the onions and green chilies.
