Here in Bulgaria tea houses are not something that can be found easily. This is maybe here we don’t have traditions and production of tea. Coffee on the other hand seems to be everywhere, although we don’t have coffee production as well. I think that coffee entered our country from Turkey about couple hundred years ago.

But! Thinking again about tea, I think that mountain huts are all sort of tea houses. You cannot find any white or black teas there, but every morning there is freshly brewed pot full of fresh mountain herbs. In a place where the ingredients are all around, you cannot miss the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing cup of tasty herbal tea.

So if I find a fancy tea house somewhere, I would gladly visit it, but until then I will stick to fancy coffee shops that can be found in every relatively big town!

I agree with you friend, coffee is all over the world, there is no country where you can not drink a good cup of coffee, however tea, varies from culture and country, but it is true what you say, in the mountains, herbs abound to make a good cup of tea, so no excuses...

Best regards...

It is our turn to enjoy what we have in our countries, apparently your country is a big coffee drinker. Let's enjoy our delicious coffee while we can, with or without company, working or studying, relax.

I leave you a cup of coffee for this day.☕

Surely, coffee is a lot more famous!

From what I have been able to read, almost all of us agree that in our countries there are more cafeterias. Coffee is undoubtedly more famous.

This is for sure!

Your a coffee man no doubt! 😁

Herbal tea is something I prefer to have at home. In fact, I do it every day. But coffee has too strong a tradition here. There are things you can't escape. It's in your blood.

BTW, that coffee looks ooooh, delicious!

I know that coffee has a major role in daily life in your country. I didn’t know that herbal teas are that famous too, but well, after all herbs are all around us and they are the easiest to pick and prepare.

Of course I am a coffee man! And I don’t see this to change soon, but… who knows?

Hey, there #MrEngagement!
It's been a while since I got to join in on conversations, but it's always lovely to see you holding the floor 😍

Yeah, even here in the UK, teahouses are not so popular, even though it's a huge tea-drinking country... or maybe my eyes don't gravitate to them:)

Seems like the last two weeks were without my appearance at all, quite busy at work, working on Saturdays too… but now I am a little less engaged with job tasks!
Time for the community.

I think that the modern coffee movement is quite strong, leaving the tea drinking in the shadows. I am surprised that even in the UK there are no tea houses at all!

Coffee renaissance (modernism influenced) is on! And specialty coffees are gaining popularity worldwide…

I'm pleased you have a little ease, especially in these darker months.

Yeah, I'm sure there are teahouses, especially in more affluent areas. I've only been to one since living here, but I'd rather go to a coffee shop:)
