Hello Foodies!!
Being a mom means being creative specially when it comes to food. Often times it is a challenge to make our children eat veggies. So we need to create recipes that they will like to eat. Just like this cabbage recipe.
Here are the ingredients:
Half of a medium size cabbage
3 eggs
Garlic
Onions
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp all purpose flour
Cooking oil
For the procedure:
- Slice cabbage, onions and garlic into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients except for the oil.
- Preheat frying then add cooking oil. Fry the cabbage mixture by batch.
- Cook until golden brown then its done.
Best serve with catsup or in my case I love it paired with sweet chili sauce. 🙂
This is a simple recipe made with simple ingredients. This is one of my best seller at home. At least for my children. 😁 By the way I call this recipe, Tortang Repolyo.
