Birthday celebration for my daughter Nicole [Esp-Eng]

Las celebraciones sin duda nos unen como familia, especialmente los cumpleaños, para mí los días más importantes del año, son los días en que mis pequeños cumplen un año más de vida, en mi mente se rememora el primer momento en que los tuve en mis brazos y vi sus rostros por primera vez, el 10 de agosto es uno de esos días, donde cada año celebró el nacimiento de mi hija Nicole. En mi familia somos de hacer celebraciones pequeñas y familiares, no fue una gran fiesta, pero sin duda fue muy linda, ver la alegría de mi hija fue lo mejor del día.

Celebrations undoubtedly unite us as a family, especially birthdays, for me the most important days of the year are the days when my little ones turn one year older, in my mind I remember the first moment when I held them in my arms and saw their faces for the first time, August 10th is one of those days, where every year I celebrate the birth of my daughter Nicole. In my family we celebrate small and family celebrations, it was not a big party, but it was certainly very nice, seeing the joy of my daughter was the best part of the day.

Aunque fue pequeña, yo llevaba algunos meses planeando ese día, los dulces y la torta ya tenían un mes que los había encargados, quería que fuera muy especial, ella adora los personajes de Frozen, en especial Elsa, así que esta era la temática de su cumpleaños una aventura congelada, ese día la despertamos al son del ¡Cumpleaños Feliz! Y con su desayuno preferido, la llevaron a dar un paseo mientras yo preparaba la decoración y algunos pasapalos, cuando los pequeños cumplen años, las madres quedamos agotadas, pero vale totalmente la pena. Nicole al ver su sorpresa no dejaba de reír, ver su alegría fue lo mejor, a todos nos encantó como quedó la decoración, aunque fue una pequeña celebración familiar, también estuvieron compartiendo con ella sus amiguitos más cercanos.

Although she was little, I had been planning that day for a few months, the sweets and cake had already been ordered for a month, I wanted it to be very special, she loves the Frozen characters, especially Elsa, so this was the theme of her birthday, a frozen adventure, that day we woke her up to the sound of Happy Birthday! And with her favourite breakfast, she was taken for a walk while I prepared the decorations and some snacks, when the little ones have a birthday, we mothers are exhausted, but it is totally worth it. Nicole couldn't stop laughing when she saw her surprise, seeing her joy was the best thing, we all loved how the decorations turned out, although it was a small family celebration, her closest friends were also there to share with her.

Mi pequeña canto, bailo y por supuesto la familia acompañando en todo momento, las risas no faltaron, un ambiente hermoso, son momentos que quedarán marcados en todos, especialmente en el de mi hija, desde la pandemia, hemos aprendido a apreciar cada momento vivido y más si estamos en familia.

El pequeño Mathias no se quedó atrás, era el catador principal, jejeje el pequeño comelón, fue un día maravilloso, nada mejor que compartir con nuestros seres queridos.

My little one sang, danced and of course the family accompanied us at all times, there was no lack of laughter, a beautiful atmosphere, these are moments that will remain in everyone, especially in my daughter, since the pandemic, we have learned to appreciate every moment lived and more if we are in family.

Little Mathias was not left behind, he was the main taster, hehehe the little eater, it was a wonderful day, nothing better than sharing with our loved ones.

Como en todo cumpleaños venezolano no puede faltar nuestra canción ¡Ay, qué noche tan preciosa!, que hasta hora tiene el récord de ser la canción de cumpleaños más larga y que tiene una hermosa letra que representa el gentilicio de nuestra tierra, pero tampoco puede faltar él ¡Cumpleaños Feliz! Ni tampoco un deseo al soplar la vela, espero que todos los deseos de mi pequeña se cumplan. El día no terminó ahí, porque después tocó noche de anécdota y recordamos los momentos más graciosos y bochornosos de mi familia, jejeje, el cierre perfecto para ese día.

As in all Venezuelan birthdays, our song "Oh, what a beautiful night", which holds the record for being the longest birthday song and which has beautiful lyrics that represent the people of our country, cannot be missing, but neither can it be missing "¡Cumpleaños Feliz! Nor a wish when blowing out the candle, I hope that all my little one's wishes come true. The day didn't end there, because afterwards it was anecdote night and we remembered the funniest and most embarrassing moments of my family, hehehe, the perfect ending for that day.
