About two weeks ago or so called me up and asked me to check these really crazy looking butterfly cocoons. The moment she showed them to me, I couldn't believe my eyes.

I wish I was able to take a good picture of the one that we kept. Yes, we had to know what kind of creature was going to emerge from this crazy little plastic gold looking thing.

And today, it happened

Nature is just amazing

My wife got these amazing pictures of the empty chrysalis and the tiny creature that emerged.

Where is me gold?

Honestly, even the butterfly looks robotic to me. Like this thing doesn't belong to our planet or something (i know it does, of course).

Anyways, this has to be one of the coolest things we've come across here in the farm, and I felt like sharing it on this blog would be entertaining to those among us who love nature as well.
