As you probably already know, The Tok is back, and apparently it's here to stay. I can't help at this point to put on my trusty tin foil hat, and think about the implications.
What if
There are some people out there dismissing the possibility that this whole Ban circus was part of political football. Why? Well, because people who hate Trump are always quick to say that there's no way he can play politics at that level. They say this, and yet, here we are; or should I say: Here we is.
Allow my hat to explain
As most of us know, the presidential election is not the only important contest in town. There are midterms to think about, and the last time they happened, the red wave the Republicans promised, was little more than a red squirt.
The truth is that when it comes to the political tug of war, predictions are just a hair above astrology at times, but there are lot's of people out there who have no reservations when defending the accuracy of polls.
If I was Machiavellian, as some of our political figures surely are, how could I drive a dagger right into the opposing team's chances of taking enough wins as to be too obstructive to my teams administrative goals?
Do you see where I'm going with this?
I'm talking Cahoots here...
Trump saves the day?
Is it hard to imagine? It's not for me, I have to admit. I mean, a platform that a gigantic portion of the American people love and use every single day, taken by the "OUTGOING" administration's authoritarian freedom hating policies, now given back to the people by a president who "cares about the people".
Do you see how this echoes the message perfectly? It doesn't really require a rocket surgeon or a brain scientist to dream up.
Midterms roll about:
Guys... don't forget... the Demrats took your Tiktoks and you freespeeches
Without even mentioning the appeal to the younger demographic that they certainly need!!
Well played... well played indeed....
