With the choice of vegetables and roots you can prepare so many combinations of food that you can not get bored with the consumption of them. In this case I refer to the pumpkin and its versatility in the kitchen.
The idea is to create, to combine ingredients provided by nature to give those tastes and smells when cooking and eating them.
