Muted, Offkey, Flatlined: The Discord Of A Musicless World

in #hive-19577212 hours ago

Anytime I try to imagine a world without music, I fail to understand just how bad it could get in such a world. From evoking emotions to sparking memories to bringing people together, music have played a huge role in these aspects of the human world.

Music is part of our culture all the world and how different people from all over the world connect to different kinds of music in different situations and occasions, is amazing. Music is one aspect of our lives that we can not experience and live without.

I wondered if the prompt is asking what my take is on a musicless after a once music world or a world that has never experienced music before. Well, I bet it would be easier for humans to go on without music if they had never had an experience of it.

So I'm giving my take on this from the aspect and fact that I've experienced music and the world is musicful, it is definitely going to make a bad impact in various sense if the once music world goes mute or offkey or flatlined maybe after an attack.

In a world where we're muted to music, our lives will lack Emotional Expression. As we can't always express ourselves in words, music have helped us express better what we really think and what we feel using melody, rhymes, harmony and even beat.

A world without music is flatlined and by that, I mean, there would be little or no Personal Inspiration and we as humans have in many ways use music as our source of motivation, inspiration and comfort to guide us through life's struggles.

A world without music will definitely be Offkey, no creativity as regards to what music brings to us in being creative with sounds and rhymes. I can picture humans sounding off when we try to do more than just speaking, causing unsettling noise.

What about the musical aspect of our cultural heritage, a world without music means, we would have only forktales and ancient stories passed down, no sound that is unique to every culture as it is now. Our culture would be boring and not intriguing.

There's definitely going to be an increase in mental health issues in a world without music as music have proven to be very therapeutic to manage stress, anxiety and depression for humans. People would hold back their feelings when music is absent.

The simple act of people listening to music from all over the world regardless of the different languages, ages and backgrounds has proven that music promotes Social Bonding among us, a world without music means less bonding among humans.

The music industry is also a part of what is helping the different countries economy by providing employment opportunities and generate revenue for the government, so a world that goes mute or offkey is another disadvantage to our countries economy.

The gloomy faces, the sad walks, the boring living, no parties or maybe parties with no sounds, the soundtrackless movies, the difficulties to be entertained. All of these and many more will be in a world without music and no, we're not ready live in one.

This is my entry to the November Inleo Prompt with the focus on "A world without music, what is your take?" and you're invited to participate too.

If all if a sudden music disappear it won't make any significant impact directly but I feel I need to bear the consequences also as there will be many crazy people around me if there is no music and they must make some impact on my daily life also.

If there’s no music, most of us would most likely run mad cos Eih.😂😂

The head is always hot.
