Hello everyone!
Welcome to my Love The Clouds entry Nr. 136! This time I have the pleasure to present my images taken not in Andalusia, but in Vienna. The backdrop or the mountainous terrain like in our town in Torrox may not be as spectacular as here because the city is a flat land. The sunset here is also as spectacular particularly if there are clouds above the sky.
I was looking for cloud images in my file and I found these which have been taken in Fall of 2020. That was the time when the pandemic was at its horrifying toll where plenty of people died including friends and some I knew. These images were taken from my balcony which ist facing south. The sun rises from the East (left side of my balcony) and after mid day goes to the right side of the images towards the West.
Vienna is known for its gray weather, which means that one can get a winter depression because the sky is always covered with gray clouds. It is a "miracle" if the sun comes out .... My images showed dark clouds but it did not rain on that day. And I was lucky to have capture a setting sun.
