My heart is very flammable, and when I get excited or fall in love with a skill I do it like my life depended on it.
To me it feels unnatural to exaggerate my feelings and past experiences, I usually express it in a simple way with the goal of not demanding pity.
Suicidal thoughts are normal to me and I feel it is to Nigerians or humans is generally, depression feels natural to me because I really (really) think and imagine a lot.
Well I'm kinda used to depression because of my childhood experiences from peers and family (few times), I mean, life can't be all rosy.
Well, what will my life be like without hive?
I joined hive six months ago through my brother @zestimony.
I knew my journey here wouldn't be easy because before I joined hive my brother would bring some crypto related questions (assignment) from steemit (crypto academy) for I and some friends to answer (paid assignment).
Honestly, financially I haven't achieved much from Hive but I have in other ways.
Extreme Cases
I have learned or observed from the early posts of @starstring01 , @josediccus ,@deraa , @theonlysol and @khaleesii that Hive do not only liberates you financially, it liberates you mentally.
Hive changes the way you see money, the way you feel about writing or creating and it makes you see the importance of engaging or building solid connections (relationship) with others.
Hive have helped me see that the only way to get value is by giving value to others and it requires time, energy and good friends.
Thinking Out loud
I never wanted to participate in this contest because I felt I don't really have or remember any extreme cases.
But, helping others such as people who are struggling just like me, who are depressed, or going through life's challenges by introducing them to Hive and contributing to the happiness of others is an extreme case to me, because I just might be saving a life using Hive.
I might not have money to give but just words of encouragement.
