Go hard or you go home, Nobody dies,No pain no gain,raaaahhh ecteria.
All the above are what I got to Know while visiting The gym during weekends,no matter how lazy and exhausted I am and my coach motivates me with those words,i Will still put in my best.
During my childhood and teenage age I don't go on trips, even when the school I attended then wants to take us on excursion, I was not always privileged to go.
But these days I go on trips by myself and visits the gym lot more.so far ,It has been a nice experience.Recently I went on hike with my gym members.Hiking is one lovely and adventurous movement with minimum of two people.Going mountain climbing alone might look boring and tiring but the moment it involves two or more people the atmosphere changes.
The first time I went on hike, climbing the mountain was not easy,all my legs were aching and shaking and then I recall my gym instructors motivation Go hard or you go home This made me strong enough to keep going. Hiking is a full body workout that includes all body parts, right From the leg to the upper part of the body.
My routine at the gym has always been me running half a hour to start up, then I continue with push ups which includes decline and Incline (either the leg up or the hands up) then from there I dive into dips,I do all in three sets .The first set always Sweet and easy but the second set hit while The third set drains and makes one want to give up nevertheless NO PAIN NO GAIN
My coach will say " it is when you feel the pain the program hits" so one don't need to stop then ,we go intense.
Some days of the week I also do cardios for flexibility, smooth heart run and stretching of the Bone chords.All these are what I do to stay fit and sharp.
As we all know keeping fit plays a major role in other to have a healthy life span.
