Hello everyone, today we are greeting you at Ciutat Vella, Barcelona, Spain. Still on the trip of this city, there is another place that I would like to take everyone to see the atmosphere during the day here. After the rain the day before, today the weather is good, so we went out to explore the city area. This place is one of the first days of our arrival in Barcelona. After we planned to move to a new place, and before moving, we wanted to explore the nearby area to see what interesting things there are. We came across this place, Ciutat Vella, which should be another area that is a center for tourists to walk around and see the atmosphere of this city.
That day, after we had eaten, we walked around and stopped at many places, and this place was interesting. The surrounding area is still a traditional building. You can see the uniqueness from the building. There are many shops in that area. There are many cafes open for service.
We walked until we came across Pont del Bisbe in the Gothic Quarter. It is a beautiful bridge that is a symbol in the heart of the Gothic district of Barcelona. It was built in 1928 and connects two historic buildings: Paludela Generalitat, seat of the Catalan government and Casadels Canoges, seat of the President of the Generalitat.
Pont del Bisbe is a medieval architectural landmark designed in a modern style by architect Joan Rubio i Bellver. It was a project to revamp the atmosphere of the Gothic quarter. Its intricate design, sharp arches, intricate stone carvings and wooden beams make it another popular photo spot. It is also a symbol of the legend of the skull.
Under the bridge is a small carved skull with a knife stuck in it. It is said that if you walk backwards under the bridge and look at the skull, your wish will be granted. This bridge is a perfect blend of history and wisdom, reflecting the charm of the old city of Barcelona. This place is a must-see for tourists and those who want to explore the history and long culture of Barcelona.
We walked along a small narrow street, but there were always people walking. A walkway that is a block of envy that cars cannot drive through. People are walking, some are taking pictures, some are walking to find various shops, making this area feel lively. And do not forget to stop and take a picture with the Pont del Bisbe bridge.
The feeling when walking under the Pont del Bisbe bridge is like going back in time to another era. The oldness of the two buildings on top is like a door to another era, even though the road is a narrow walkway, it is like going back in history. This is another tourist attraction in Barcelona. It is another memory that I have experienced myself. And I hope everyone likes the photos and enjoys my posts. Thank you for following. Have a nice day.
