I'm glad you found the strength to do so, and to see the value in your action.
Social Media has some positives for keeping abreast with the world and also with those close to you. However, the comparisons people make can poison minds.

I seldom browse my social media simply because I'm in a good place, and I see the insecurities of others screaming out at me, and I know that there is nothing I can do to help those persons in need.
It's a part of life's journey that we just have to discover for ourselves, I suppose:)
