Today I want to make you a special invitation to this Open IT Talk by Jenny Mollinedo who is a QA Leader for a long time and will be giving this space to learn different tools to make your work as effective as possible.

Aquí arriba les dejo un video de los alumnos egresados de la AcademiaQA contando sus experiencias en cuanto al tiempo que les llevó estudiar, postularse y conseguir un empleo, el salario y la experiencia adquirida en el tiempo. Realmente es muy nutritivo escucharlos y entender que todos tenemos tiempos diferentes y que cada uno va a su ritmo en sus procesos de aprendizaje.
Above is a video of AcademiaQA graduates talking about their experiences in terms of the time it took them to study, apply and get a job, the salary and the experience gained over time. It is really very nourishing to listen to them and to understand that we all have different times and that everyone goes at their own pace in their learning processes.
Voy por mi segundo curso, el de Metodologías Ágiles donde explica el funcionamiento de ésta metodología a través de diferentes herramientas que darán un mejor resultado a la hora de trabajar con equipos remotos. Es decir, ya no se usa el modelo tradicional jerárquico, sino que cada equipo es responsable de su área y se interrelaciona con los demás a través de entregables por sprint. Súper importante para que un equipo funcione organizadamente.
I'm on my second course, Agile Methodologies, which explains how this methodology works through different tools that will give a better result when working with remote teams. That is, the traditional hierarchical model is no longer used, but each team is responsible for its own area and interrelates with the others through deliverables per sprint. Super important for a team to work in an organised way.
Por último, pedirles que apoyen el Twitter de AcademiaQA que hace poquito que se lo abrieron y necesitan expandirse para que llegue a todos y cada uno esta posibilidad de estudiar con excelentes personas que cuentan con experiencia y por sobre todo con calidad humana.
Espero les sea de ayuda esta información. No se pierdan esta charla abierta para aprender de los que tienen más experiencia en el rubro. Una buena preparación para un nuevo empleo en IT es fundamental. Y creo que esta es una oportunidad donde podremos aprender de cómo manejarnos en este ámbito.
