Buen domingo amigos de Hive!! Hace bastante que no estoy por aquĂ, pero es como que necesito escribir cada tanto, pues es mi mejor forma de expresar mis sentimientos y mis experiencias.
Hoy vengo a contarles la primer parte de la expedición al bosque de mi ciudad con mi querido amigo RAMA, mi mejor amigo y con quien tengo las mejores aventuras y locuras!! Él es mi 2 como dicen en Uruguay, y todas las ideas locas que se me ocurren, él me sigue y apoya. Y viceversa también, creo que esa locura es la que nos une y me pone muy feliz que asà sea!! Le agradezco al Universo tenerlo como amigo... no todos pueden tener un RAMA en sus vidas y yo si!! Soy muy afortunada!!
Good Sunday friends of Hive!! It's been a long time since I've been here, but it's like I need to write from time to time, because it's my best way to express my feelings and my experiences.
Today I come to tell you about the first part of the expedition to the forest of my city with my dear friend RAMA, my best friend and with whom I have the best adventures and craziness!! He is my 2 as they say in Uruguay, and all the crazy ideas that occur to me, he follows me and supports me. And vice versa too, I think that madness is what unites us and makes me very happy that it is so!! I thank the Universe for having him as a friend... not everyone can have a RAMA in their lives and I can!! I'm very fortunate!!
No podĂamos hacer esta aventura sin un poco de hierba. Asique para adentrarnos al bosque bien locos, decidimos prepararnos un Blunt de Blueberry con mucha marihuana de la buena.
Arriba vieron cĂłmo quedĂł!! Una vela literal...
We couldn't do this adventure without some grass. So to go into the forest very crazy, we decided to prepare a Blueberry Blunt with a lot of good marijuana.

Sin más vueltas, y antes que el sol bajara, emprendimos viaje campo adentro. HacĂa frĂo, habĂa viento, pero el sol acompañaba estupendamente bien con nuestra energĂa. SabĂamos que encontrarĂamos hongos de todas clases, pero estábamos buscando uno en particular que crece en esta zona. La Amanita Muscaria.
Without further ado, and before the sun went down, we set out on a journey into the countryside. It was cold, there was wind, but the sun was great with our energy. We knew that we would find mushrooms of all kinds, but we were looking for one in particular that grows in this area. The Amanita Muscaria.
La belleza del campo, ese olor a tierra, a verde, me encanta!! Extraño mucho vivir en el bosque de pinos y acacias en Uruguay. Extraño despertarme y ver el sol del amanecer en el patio de mi casa, y ver a mis mascotas jugar libremente. SĂ© que pronto lograrĂ© salir de mis deudas y podrĂ© darles un lugar mejor, tanto a ellos como a mĂ tambiĂ©n! Y si ese lugar es en el campo, mientras el Wifi llegue para trabajar... pues serĂa muy feliz!!
The beauty of the countryside, that smell of earth, green, I love it! I really miss living in the pine and acacia forest in Uruguay. I miss waking up and seeing the sunrise in my backyard, and seeing my pets playing freely. I know that soon I will be able to get out of my debts and I will be able to give them a better place, both for them and for me too! And if that place is in the countryside, as long as the Wi-Fi arrives to work... then I would be very happy!
Con Rama somos muy buenos amigos desde hace muchos años. Hay una confianza que traspasa el espĂritu de cada uno y sabemos la fidelidad del otro. Eso no lo encontrĂ© en otras personas, porque generalmente siempre hay otros intereses de por medio. AquĂ nuestra relaciĂłn se forjĂł sin intereses ni prejuicios, sino de un cariño puro y autĂ©ntico. Amo a mi amigo a toda su familia, Ely su mujer que es una genia y sus dos peques: Jacqueline y Milo, dos bombones de su tĂa Mimi!!
With Rama we have been very good friends for many years. There is a trust that crosses the spirit of each one and we know the fidelity of the other. I did not find that in other people, because generally there are always other interests involved. Here our relationship was forged without interests or prejudices, but of a pure and authentic affection. I love my friend and his whole family, Ely his wife who is a genius and their two little ones: Jacqueline and Milo, two sweeties from their aunt Mimi!!
El bosque tenĂa una gran capa de pinocha lo cual dificultaba saber si debajo estaban creciendo los hongos que buscábamos. Lo que tuvimos que tomar unas ramas caĂdas secas para correr un poco esta pinocha y poder ver y buscar con más cautela.
Estos bosques son linderos a un balneario muy conocido de la ciudad, y ya muchos han encontrado en esta zona la variedad de la Amanita Muscaria. Asique no perdemos la fe de que el Universo nos guĂe por el camino de la luz para encontrarlos.
The forest had a large layer of pine needles which made it difficult to know if the fungi we were looking for were growing underneath. What we had to do was take some dry fallen branches to move this pine needle a little and be able to see and search more cautiously.
These forests are adjacent to a well-known spa in the city, and many have already found the Amanita Muscaria variety in this area. So we do not lose faith that the Universe guides us along the path of light to find them.
Como podrán apreciar, encontramos hongos, y les prometo que iré investigando y contándoles sobre cada uno a medida que pueda. Para que entre todos podamos aprender cuáles son tóxicos, cuáles comestibles y cuáles alucinógenos.
As you can see, we found mushrooms, and I promise I'll be researching and telling you about each one as I can. So that together we can learn which are toxic, which are edible and which are hallucinogens.
Amo los pinos, y amo meterme a explorar dentro, amo los aromas y las formas y colores de los hongos que aparercen. Amo sentir las piñas crujir bajo mis pies... amo la energĂa que emana el bosque, es como si fuera mágico, de otra dimensiĂłn, con seres que no se dejan ver, pero si sentir!
I love the pines, and I love exploring inside, I love the aromas and the shapes and colors of the mushrooms that appear. I love feeling the pineapples crunching under my feet... I love the energy that the forest emanates, it's as if it were magical, from another dimension, with beings that can't be seen, but can be felt!
Cansados de caminar, y ya de regreso hacia el coche, vimos a lo lejos un sombrero rojo. Salimos los dos corriendo a ver y si, efectivamente era una Amanita Muscaria!! QuĂ© emociĂłn que tenĂamos, saltábamos de la alegrĂa y no parábamos de sacarle fotos con nuestros telĂ©fonos!! Era un hongo perfecto. Les prometo que harĂ© un post con la segunda ida al bosque y toda la informaciĂłn necesaria para consumirlos. Y luego claro, les contarĂ© nuestra experiencia comiĂ©ndolos!!
Tired of walking, and on our way back to the car, we saw a red hat in the distance. We both ran out to see and yes, it was indeed an Amanita Muscaria!! What emotion we had, we jumped for joy and we did not stop taking pictures with our phones!! It was a perfect mushroom. I promise you that I will make a post with the second trip to the forest and all the necessary information to consume them. And then of course, I will tell you about our experience eating them!!
