Outstanding Minimalists Blogs in no particular order.

Soulful Bonds

✨"About 2 years ago, I was going through so much pain after the loss of a relative. And as one part of me truly wanted to express what was going on with me, another part wanted to keep shut. Anytime, I opened my mouth, tears would do all the talking. I heard a lot of encouraging words from so many people. I got to a point where my sadness turned into anger because I began sinking in a lot of “you’ll be fine” from many people." @abenad

The Power Of Connection

✨"I close my eyes, I take a deep breath and I check in with where my mind is at. What are the first thoughts that come to me? What I should be doing? what I have been doing? What my girls are doing? I let them come and then I let them go. There is no point in trying to block them or shun them away, not for me anyway. If I do that, then I end up, focusing on them for far too long. I have found that it is better to give them a little time and then, let them go. It's the same with my emotions. It's important to acknowledge them, connect with them, to feel them. But not, to hold onto them. It's all about allowing them to flow." @trucklife-family

PRUNING THE NOISE

✨"I have come to realize that the more I let things have their way around me and within me, the more I get accustomed to them and the scary part of it is that, as humans we don’t always have things figured out, so when we give space to just anything, we will start losing ourselves even without knowing it. Being attentive to someone or something is you building a connection with them and as a minimalist, the more I pay attention to that person or thing, the more I try to make sure I’m being impacted positively and I’m also being impactful as well." @hopestylist

How much interaction, how much friendship, how much simplicity with meaning there is in a board game

✨"I remember seeing for a long time my parents inviting friends to the house to play dominoes with them, they had a good time, laughed, talked and everything in a healthy way. I don't know exactly how to explain to them what this game consists of but I will try. It is a game for 4 players, in which each player takes 7 pieces with a double sequence of numbers, each one in one half of the piece and your goal is to run out of pieces before the others." @jemima1996

Letting go of societal expectations to find authentic connection.

✨"I also found solace in music. While my baby slept, I’d put on my headphones and listen to calming melodies. The rhythm helped me declutter my mind and brought me a sense of peace. I began meditating during those quiet moments, reconnecting with my inner self the part of me I had almost forgotten. She was there, encouraging me, and reminding me of my strength. Sometimes I felt like crying to her, apologizing for neglecting her for so long, but she always reassured me." @ginika

Worry Not For The Morrow

✨"I did things differently. I was specific about what I intended to cover. Writing down concisely what I hoped to achieve at the end of my study. Then I took five, deep, calming breaths. And I began to study. I studied for about four hours and I only realized this when I looked at the time and saw that I had been studying that long. I barely even noticed because my thoughts were flowing and everything just felt right." @jhymi

Loss of Thoughts

✨"I think a lot. I always have these different thoughts flitting in my head. These thoughts help to aid my creativity and inspiration. And I only achieve this through journaling. For the best stories I have written, it is because I journaled down the ideas that gave birth to them. Writing always helps me acknowledge my thoughts, even the most porous ones. Writing my thoughts down aids me in being selective and conscious of what I think about. It enhances my understanding of a lot of things." @terjix

The constraints of credit purchases

✨"This is where minimalism comes into my life, which I could say saved me from making a couple of bad decisions. Thinking beyond the marketing and the possibility of having something at the moment if I pay for it completely, is a captivating idea that honestly can easily convince us, but in my case, I have set myself the goal, one in which I must be fully aware of asking myself certain series of questions before making a purchase." @jemima1996

Connection is a kind of magic

✨"The connection is a kind of magic that is generated from pure hearts without any selfish desire. Mutual understanding, trust, and a little sense of responsibility are part of it. It's a feeling, and we just can feel it. I have met many people in my life, and I am known to many, and among them, I can contact them easily. When I contact with someone random after a long time (suppose 1 year), a hesitant feeling comes naturally. " @intishar

Life attracts more life

✨"I am attracted to many things in nature, however, the connection between two living beings is exciting. Being a minimalist I perceive life from a very simple point of view for many things and others I consider especially complex because they are not easy to explain. When I refer to connections I understand that it is a link between two living beings that can be very short but is so stimulating that it brings you to a significant peak of joy." @abisag

Sometimes we have to let go off something that bothering us
I know it’s very difficult painful
Because it will later turn to anger
And before u know
U will use ur anger to send good people away from u
And people that are help to help u out u send them away too
It happens to me too I lost one my friend through motor accident
Since then I can’t seat in front of a car talk of driving
So one day I called my inner self and asked this question
If I have my own car , who will drive me
So that day I overcome the fear and let go of that thought

Thank you so much for this honour. It's always a pleasure participating.🌺
