My Digital Lifestyle Journey.

I noticed I've been spending a lot of time on the screen. For someone who's always working with my phone, I used to think there's no way to limit the time I spend on my screen.

Though, I got a photo chronic glass, I still don't think spending time on the phone all day is good. I mean, I also want to read my books, there are chores waiting for me, I need to rest, too.

And I think, one thing about the Internet is the distractions. I might want to make a research on a topic and the next thing, I find myself watching reels and laughing, forgetting all that I'm supposed to do. So, I turned on my DND. It makes me stay focused.

So, today, I decided to watch the amount of time I'm spending on my device.

First, I monitored my steps for the day. Usually, I set a goal to walk about 4000 steps everyday. But, staying indoors has made me unable to keep up with the goal and also, I didn't set a reminder, so, I totally forgot.

So today, I walked 3286 steps. I burnt 118 calories, too. I think this is an healthy practice we should do always.

Then, after service, I used my Capcut app to create a video in celebration of Fathers' Day. I checked my Facebook lite app, and I replied to some messages, as well as check on other's posts. I visited the Vidmate app to download a song that could suit my video as I wanted it to rhyme with the Fathers' Day celebration.

My WhatsApp is like my best app and because my closer pals are there, I do not miss out on checking on them. Then, I watched a movie. We've been anticipating this movie for days and it finally came out today. I was so excited.

The others are my camera, as I took pictures, my gallery and maybe, contact, because I also called someone.

The total time spent on my device today is 8 hours, 38 minutes, and I think this is a progress. I hope to stay within this.
