Holis Holis, este fue mi paseo a una fonda por fiestas patrias, en realidad las fondas tradicionales suelen tener bebidas alcohólicas e igual se paga para entrar, son eventos que se realizan en parques o sitios abiertos, se reúnen a festejar las fiestas patrias el 18 y 19 de septiembre, realizan eventos de bailes tradicionales como La cueca, así como juegos y concursos, venden comidas típicas y se suelen extender bastante tiempo, yo en particular fui a esta porque era sin bebidas alcohólicas haha y evitar las personas muy alegres.
Las comidas que estaban ofreciendo eran mote con huesillos, que es un postre de jugo de durazno con granos de trigo; empanadas de pino que son empanadas de carne picada con cebolla y aceitunas negras, aquí, si las venden horneadas o fritas; por ultimo choripanes que son panes de marraqueta un pan típico de aquí con chorizo y pues le colocan salsas y picadillo.
Estuve allí un buen rato pero el sol era muy fuerte, así que lo importante era que los niños jugaran en los juegos inflables, yo en particular solo tomé bebida porque todo era con gluten pero me llevé el choripan para mi papá, luego nos fuimos a un parque cercano, peeero se hizo oscuro para que los niños terminaran de drenar energía solo que el frío fue tan fuerte repentinamente que ni grabe ni logré hacer mas nada, solo huimos de allí a rescatar a un niño que se subió en una estatua y no lo podían bajar haha...
En general la pase bien porque fuimos con amigos que teníamos tiempo sin ver ni salir y con sus hijos, siempre es emocionante y cansado cuando vas con niños porque hay que estar super pendientes.

In general I had a good time because we went with friends that we had time without seeing or going out and with their children, it is always exciting and tiring when you go with children because you have to be super vigilant.
