It isn't named a "Miracle Tree" for no reason.
It may appear to be quite ordinary, yet it is astonishing how God can use the commonplace to do incredible things. The tree has several names, including the Miracle Tree, the Tree of Life, and Mother's Best Friend. Its full name is Moringa oleifera. It is altering lives and communities throughout the globe.
Malunggay leaves have been shown in trials to reduce blood sugar and cholesterol levels somewhat. It may have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and protect against arsenic poisoning. Its leaves are also extremely nutritious and should be advantageous to persons who are deficient in critical nutrients.

Around the world, many people traditionally use its leaves and fruits as food and for medicinal purposes. It can treat over 300 ailments, and it is effective up to these days. No doubt this “Miracle Tree” is currently regarded as one of the world's top superfoods.

A day with a nutritious Filipino delicacy. Let us cook what they call "SuperFood" Malunggay.
Sauteed Moringa Fruit
Ginisang Bunga ng Malunggay is a Filipino vegetable dish consisting of sautéed moringa fruit, sweet potatoes, and pork in tomatoes.
Another local vegetable recipe that is highly nutritious and beneficial to our family. Vegetable meals are undoubtedly a family goal recipe for longevity. Maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating veggies regularly. Happy cooking!
Non-vegetable lovers would despise the taste since it is bitter but not as harsh as bitter gourd; nonetheless, it has a distinct flavor that once tasted, you can't stop eating it. We have a tree in our backyard, thus this is a popular vegetable in our family cuisine, it's often added to soups, sometimes to stir fries. An extremely nutritious vegetable, particularly the leaves, which are claimed to contain the following:
Contains four times more vitamin A than carrots.
Provides more Vitamin C than oranges.
Contains twice as much protein and more calcium than milk.
Has three times more potassium than bananas.
Has three times as much iron as spinach.
Contains minerals and different kinds of antioxidants.
Additional advantages include improved digestion, skin, and metabolism.
In this recipe, we'll cook a simple stir fry using tomatoes, sweet potatoes, pork, and lima beans. incredibly nutritious and healthful, while also being incredibly tasty!
Ingredients:
around 15 pcs malunggay (moringa) fruit
1 medium sized sweet potato, sliced into thin strips
300 g pork belly, sliced into small cubes
1 pc large tomato, sliced
1 onion, sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
freshly ground black pepper
fish sauce / bagoong
cooking oil
Preparation:
Using a knife, peel the skin or hard skin of each moringa fruit and slice it about 2 inches in length.
Prepare your moringa fruit by splitting it lengthwise. Scrape the pulp gently to remove it from the rough skin. Repeat with the remainder, then cut into two-inch chunks.
Add pork fat, cook until golden brown, and reduce the fat oil.
In a pan add oil from the pork fat then saute garlic and onion and add tomatoes and cook for a minute.
Add water, malunggay fruit, and sweet potato. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and tender.
After few minutes add your slice eggplant and let it simmer for a few more minutes to cook through. But don’t over cook.
Serve it hot with steamed rice and enjoy!
