Ripped Plantain
Eggs
Green leave and Onions
Carrots
Chicken Liver

Step 1: Slice the green leave, onions and carrots. Also make sure you cut the chicken liver.
Step 2: Slice the plantain, and add a little salt, then get the egg ready.
Step 3: Now get a clean frying pan, add the vegetable oil and preheat for 2 minutes, then gently fry the plantains and make sure it's not too brownish.
Step 4: Add the veggies to the egg and beat together, add little salt and maggi now fry in another frying pan.
Step 5: Now this is the real deal, gently arrange the fried plantains on top of the egg, just like the image below, now keep turning and turning, after series of turning the Egg Plantain Frittata is ready to be served. Turn off the heat and serve with milk or cold juice.
