I really enjoy being able to get some nice mountain shots, and a cloudy day is a great time for it. Clouds really add a more dramatic flair to almost any scene, so its actually a bit of a blessing for a photographer. While it was windy and a bit chilly, I think that just comes with the territory in the Rockies. Open spaces surrounded by mountains are perfect for landscape photography, and its good to be out in the wilds with some fresh air and be away from it all for a little while.
