It is great that you spent time ensuring that your grandmother's home was hygienic. It is also wonderful that you got someone to help her thereafter. Her last days would have been happier ones knowing that you were in touch with her and that you showed that you cared. It is admirable that you did what you could for your grandmother and now you can pass on her story.
