Ginger has multiple benefits, I feel that many people don't like it because it stings a little, but once you learn to manage the amounts as you get to know it you will love it, I like to use it in some preparations that great drink.

You're right, I've learned about all the benefits it has recently, it also tasted strange to me that spicy flavor and I've learned to endure it, but I have not yet grabbed the exact amount to my tea, I'm still trying.
