Nothing helps a family relax and unwind after a sweltering day like a peaceful family walk. Our bodies and brains can benefit greatly from going outside, taking in the calm of our area, and experiencing the lovely wind.
As the day drew to a close and the temperatures began to cool, my family and I decided to embark on a rejuvenating walk.
