One of the best day people look forward to seeing and celebrating in the month of February is the Valentine's Day; a day of love for lovers. It's a special day for people in love to express their feelings and depth of love towards their partner. Although, I do not think anything different on Valentine's Day as I don't think showing love to someone or expressing your love to your partner should be limited to a day. For me, everyday is val.
However, I am not against the celebration and infact, I also look forward to the day and I get ready to have a pleasant day on both my WhatsApp status and Twitter because it's going to be fun. All the "God when and Awww" won't pass me by. While I be in my room with a packet of chin chin at my reach, and a bottle of water at my side, I am good to go.
As the hypeman I've always been, I hyped people with gifts and those that penned down nice and beautiful words for their partner. And for those I helped write out beautiful words for their partners, they really did justice to it with beautiful pictures. Although, while hyping and praising some people, they would tease me but it's not a new thing and I wasn't even moved. Scrolling through every other people's status, I got to my cousin's and although it wasn't indicated because he is a very private person but our closeness gives me upper hand in having some first hand information and top secret. That's what I get for been a sweet cousin. Hahaha
He had Posted a receipt of something he ordered from Amazon and I instantly knew, it was a val gift. Just to be sure, I checked his girl's status and saw something similar. And yes, I have his girl's contact too cos why not? Haha

And I knew instantly it was a val gift. I replied his status with "God when" and guess what, he gave me the biggest comeback of my life in the voice note he sent. I am not going to say what he said but I know one day will be one day I will also have someone to celebrate Val with.

And when that day eventually comes, I will also pepper some people and as for my cousin, he's going to receive his comeback when I finally get myself a partner. All I know is been single isn't a sin. All I didn't do yesterday was go out or receive gift but I did ate. Food is life and there's nothing as sweet as having good food to eat.
