Looking back at yesterday's when I was asking for a miracle and where I am today, honestly I know that God has some perfect plans for my life. There was a time in my life when I couldn't even afford a three square meal. There was a point in my life when I had to manage to buy the little things that are essential to be in every home. I remember also when my monthly salary was so small that I couldn't even achieve any two things before it got exhausted and in those moments it was as if life was meaningless. Sometimes I look up to heaven and ask myself, will this situation ever end. Will there ever come a time when I will be able to buy clothes for myself because then I could stay for a whole year without even having one new cloth added to my wardrobe. Even then I don't even have a wardrobe, I just had a nylon bag for my clothes. I couldn't even think of a body spray, not even a powder for my face. Do you know that in this life if you don't eat enough and don't have enough money to eat more when you're still hungry, it will be very difficult for you to spend money on anything else because your stomach comes first.
After you must have satisfied your stomach, you can then think about a shelter. You have to be alive first before thinking of where to sleep and have hope of waking up. You cannot leave food and start looking for shelter first. There are first things first and you would never know the proper procedure of things except you've gone through fire before now. There are nights when I couldn't sleep, those were the nights when I went to bed on an empty stomach hoping and praying to God for the day light of another day to come almost immediately because of the restlessness within my stomach. Truly as I remember all these now my heart is broken and I feel like crying. On those nights I'll just be lying down on my bed and close my eyes tightly hoping that sleep will come and take me off my worries for a while but even sleep will be far away for me to face my challenge.

One of the reasons I couldn't sleep in those nights are because my stomach will be aching and almost seem as if something is biting me from the inside. How can a human being be able to sleep with such kind of feeling on their stomach be cay they didn't have anything to eat so that the stomach will be at ease. I remember in those days, I was like my own doctor because I haven't even eaten enough talk more of having an extra cash to pay for medication or give to anyone. I was my own x-ray matching because when my stomach starts biting me continuously, in my head ill be picturing the human anatomy which I've studied very well. With my head ill be assessing to know which part and the particular organ of my body that will be responsible for either the pain or the biting sensation I was having.
You know it's easier to judge thieves and to kill armed robbers but you'll never know what poor people have to go through. Although the decision we make in life is all about choice because looking back at where I'm coming from and my family background I know that if I was able to pass that stage without becoming a thief or an armed robber, that means anyone else can succeed in life without being a bad person in the community and hurting others feelings.
I feel one of the worst things in life is becoming a thieve that doesn't only take away people’s property but stealing away people’s joy, because thieves don't know what they're doing. Some of them feel because they didn't shoot someone before collecting their belongings that there are good and smart and have not done evil or committed greater sin. NO!
There are many people who have been victims of poverty like myself and somehow God blessed them by raising them up and then all of a sudden from nowhere a fellow human being like them flesh and blood comes off from nowhere and takes away part of that which God has blessed them with. Even though they may not be shot dead, let me tell you what will happen. First, the victim will curse the thief which will definitely take effect. Secondly, there is something that God has put in nature which is the measure you give is the measure you'll receive. If you are one who takes away people’s joy and happiness, joy and happiness will be very far from you and you'll never get enough that will satisfy you. Even if you get up to millions hoping to relax and use the money wisely, because you've stolen it from someone, the money will yield to nothing and you'll soon be back on the streets.

There are a lot of things that God has put in nature which many are very ignorant of and I'm not yet talking about the spiritual repercussions of our wrong decisions today but what standard are you setting for your generation today. What standards are you setting for you children and those yet to come to this world.
Do you know that most times children suffer for the crimes that their parents committed. Not by men’s decisions but children suffering from the curses that were laid upon their parents because they share the same blood and DNA. A blessing from someone can change your story for good for generations to come and a curse which may appear simple can stick and have effect for generations to come. There is power in a spoken word, the Bible said life and death are in the tongue which is one of the smallest members of the body, like a match stick that can burn a whole forest.
It's important that we become very careful of our actions from now henceforth. Just now I got a call, I've almost forgotten today is my birthday. The basis of everything is that once there is life, there is hope and all you just have to do is to wait on God and be prayerful. Waiting on God and being prayerful doesn't mean you'll keep your hands folded. It means you should keep praying and believing God while doing the little you can which is good until he raises you up. Many times I've heard stories of people who met their classmates in the time they almost lost hope completely and their life changed, they found themselves in positions they least expected to be in. Favor can come from anywhere just have faith.
