Bullet journal - February

in #hive-1896413 days ago

It's been a while since I did bullet journaling. I thought about buying planner for 2025 to make it easier, but it's more fun to do it myself. January was skipped for me, so year starts in February this time. My previous bullet journal was already full, so this was nice opportunity to chose new notebook. Even though I would prefer one with dots (like I used before), I only had very small one like that, so I went with lines. What was good about this notebook was that it also has pocket.

For those who don't know it, bullet journal is basically your monthly, day-to-day planner, where you keep track of obligations, to-do lists, events and anything you want and need to keep track of, to make your life easier, or just to journal and remember it.

For me, it always has bigger dates table for certain month, where I put some events I know in advance (like birthdays, dentist visit...).

It also has habit tracker as it's the easier way to keep to good daily habits (enough water, no junk food, practicing language, walking...).

As someone who loves to save and know where my money went, I also have expense tracker.

This time around I decided to add and try out also mood tracker and page for books that I read, as I started reading more again. For mood tracker I did very simple one this time, but if I decide to continue with it, maybe I do more fun next time.

I wanted to keep it simple but still to add some drawings and make it pretty since I was making it. I always go to Amanda Reach Lee videos for inspiration for this.

I kind of regreted adding the black backround, only because it wasn't consistend, but demage is done. Maybe I try to fix it with ink pen sometime.

And, of course, pages that you don't see are those the most important, the day-to-day lists, where for each day I make list in advance of all things that are needed to be done that day.

This kind of journaling really helps me do my obligations on time, and keep track of it, so I don't forget something. But also, like I said, it's good way to keep track of habbits and 'force' yourself to do them more often (as in the end of the month you can see how much you actually did).

Hope this post maybe could inspere somone to try it out, if you haven't already.
