One good thing I love to do and do well is exercise. If you get to see me, I look much younger than my age. We all know the benefits of exercise and how good it is for our bodies.
Most of the time, whenever I'm done mentally, what I normally do is engage in physical fitness training, or kick pads; sometimes I even do boxing. When it comes to things like that, I would do it without getting tired. I have no limitations on exercise; I do it till I'm so exhausted.
When I see someone who doesn't engage in exercise and is fat, I always encourage them to engage in it. Because, honestly, some of us need to know the value of our health. Some will say I'm not fat, so why should I engage in exercise? Well, that's a story for another day. I'm definitely going to tell us why we actually need this exercise.
To function well in the morning, I love to do at least 15 minutes of exercise. This will make my brain work well and allow me to focus on whatever I'm doing.
So today we decided to engage in fitness activities. I'm the instructor, but we also have a senior instructor. Well, this is more like a school because there is so much discipline there. Meet my colleagues, my friends, and my students. We are here every Saturday and Sunday for fitness exercise. We also triathlon on Wednesday, but that is not as important as the one we do every weekend. This is because we believe people might go to work.
