Qurator's Photo Quest: Low-light camping photo

This week's @qurator photo quest is low-light. As an amateur photographer I had to research the theme. Here's the finding: "There’s no strict definition of what is considered low light photography, but as a general idea, any situation where you’re starting to drop to a slower shutter — or perhaps your ISO is starting to creep up — probably falls into this category." Unfortunately, my repertoire using slower shutter speeds is limited and is composed mostly of single photos. This is an example.

This photo is from a camping trip I did with a friend. The cool glowing colors of our tents inspired me to set the dslr for a long exposure photo. Is this considered low light or regular night photography?

Camera Nikon D7100
Lens: Standard 18-105mm
Settings: F11 (max sharpness for this lens) / ISO 1000 / 18mm / 15s
