Basically, a child drinks his mother's breast milk after birth. When the child reaches 6 months of age, he should be given normal food along with mother's breast milk. Normal soft food, fruit juice etc. store extra energy in the child's body.

But in that case, we should keep one thing in mind very well. Children should not only be fed food! Along with this, they must continue to try to eat healthy and nutritious food and must be fed nutritious food. Because vitamin-rich food helps children's brain growth and increases immunity to all kinds of diseases. Therefore, after the birth of the child, the child must develop the habit of feeding vitamin-rich food.

There is no way to stop with only vitamin-rich food. Along with this, the child must develop the habit of feeding healthy food. Because healthy food contributes significantly to the child's health and it creates a beautiful and bright future for our mental and children.

What specific challenges have you faced in feeding your child or sibling healthy foods?

However, sometimes it can be challenging to feed our children or grandchildren healthy foods. Considering the economic crisis on one hand and the irritable temperament of children on the other.

Most of the people in our country are middle class or lower class countries. Buying fruits and healthy food is not that easy for the people of our country. No matter what people want to do, money is needed everywhere. So sometimes feeding healthy food to our children becomes a chore due to the economic crisis.

A second issue is hidden here. And that is the irritable mood of children and on the other hand, reluctance and disinterest in food.

We have children and siblings who have no taste at all. They are irritable when it comes to feeding and sometimes they don't like their food.

In that case, I keep this issue balanced. And that is, feeding our siblings or children healthy food has become a challenging issue for us.

Children always like plain food. Children always want to eat salty food. In that case, nutritious foods are a little tasteless. In such cases, we can use several strategies.

  • We can provide nutritious food to children without informing them. In that case, if the child likes market food, then we can serve the food to the child by processing it in a packet of chips or juice.
  • Children should avoid feeding outside food. Outside food contains a lot of test and harmful ingredients for the stomach. So we will make children avoid market food. In that case, we will have two benefits.
  1. If they do not get outside food, they will pay attention to home food.

  2. Feeding them healthy food will keep children healthy and maintain them. If every child is able to live a healthy life.

Basically, I am talking about two positive things above. The most effective thing is to avoid outside food.

If we avoid outside food and prepare healthy food for children at home, then we will be able to save some money. Instead of wasting money on buying outside food, we will be able to prepare healthy food at home.

From there, on the one hand, children will get healthy food and will be able to consume quality food. On the other hand, the taste of children's mouths will be fine and extreme improvement in health can be observed.

I didn’t grow up eating outside and even if I did, it would be on random occasions. Now that I am older, I eat healthier and this stemmed from the fact that I didn’t just eat anything when I was a kid.
