¿Qué es lo que más le apasiona en la vida? | What in life are you most passionate about?
Una de las cosas que más disfruto hacer y que me apasiona es leer y escribir, desde muy joven me ponía con una hoja o tomaba un cuaderno y me gustaba escribir las cosas que no sabía cómo expresar o que me pasaban en el día a día. Escribía mucho, algunas veces me impresiona lo que escribía hace algunos años atrás y lo buena que era haciéndolo, siempre quise tener un blog o llegar a escribir un libro pero aún no me he dedicado a eso, espero hacerlo en algún momento. Otra de las cosas que me apasionan son los idiomas, siempre desde pequeña tenía el apoyo de mi hermano, el me enseño desde pequeña todo tipo de música en inglés, su pasión por el idioma y por los grupos y cantantes que el escuchaba me los transmitió a mi y es algo que aún me gusta, incluso hace unos años hice un curso de inglés para aprender un poco más del idioma pero como todo si no lo practicas entonces se va olvidando, aunque aún día a día mantengo una de mis pasiones, escuchar música en inglés de cualquier género y época.
One of the things that I most enjoy doing and that I am passionate about is reading and writing, since I was very young I used to get a sheet of paper or take a notebook and I liked to write the things that I didn't know how to express or that happened to me in my day to day life. I used to write a lot, sometimes I am impressed by what I used to write some years ago and how good I was at it, I always wanted to have a blog or write a book but I haven't dedicated myself to it yet, I hope to do it at some point. Another thing that I love are languages, always since I was little I had the support of my brother, he taught me since I was little all kinds of music in English, his passion for the language and for the groups and singers that he listened he transmitted to me and it is something that I still like, even a few years ago I did an English course to learn a little more of the language but like everything if you do not practice it then it is forgotten, but still every day I keep one of my passions, listening to music in English of any genre and time.
¿Cuál es su fiesta favorita del año y por qué? | What is your favorite holiday of the year, and why?
Sin duda una de mis fiestas y épocas favoritas es la de diciembre, la navidad siempre me recuerda un momento especial, en diciembre recuerdo pasar los mejores momentos con la tradición de cuando era niña y que es muy de mi país Venezuela, esperar al niño Jesús a las doce o lo que sería Santa Claus en otros países y ver los regalos que nos traía cada año era un momento muy emocionante. Además de eso mi mamá es una persona que le gusta decorar y que todo se vea bonito para la ocasión, así que es Navidad siempre ella tiene la iniciativa de poner el árbol de navidad y decorarlo, tenemos muchas decoraciones de navidad reunidas de navidades pasadas jaja. Otra cosa que me encanta de la navidad es que en Venezuela se tiene la costumbre de hacer el plato navideño que son las Hallacas las cuales van acompañadas del pan de jamón, pernil y ensalada de pollo. También se acompaña con la bebida que prefieran cada quien, algunos les gusta tomar sangría, ron o ponche de crema que es bastante popular en estas fechas. Algo que también me gusta de la navidad más que el plato navideño son los dulces, como la torta negra, el panettone (mi preferido es el de chocolate) y turrón de almendras blando. Estas fechas me recuerdan que debo estar agradecida porque Dios ha sido tan bueno conmigo permitiendome vivir un día más junto a mis padres y mis hermanos, también recuerdo a mi abuela que es una de las personas más importantes para mí. Trae mucha nostalgia estas fechas pero me quedo con los buenos recuerdos. Les compartiré algunas fotos de mis navidades para que vean que mi mamá se destaca decorando jaja. ❤️🤗
Undoubtedly one of my favorite holidays and times is December, Christmas always reminds me of a special moment, in December I remember spending the best moments with the tradition when I was a child and that is very much from my country Venezuela, waiting for the baby Jesus at twelve o'clock or what would be Santa Claus in other countries and see the gifts that he brought us every year was a very exciting moment. Besides that my mom is a person who likes to decorate and make everything look nice for the occasion, so it's Christmas she always has the initiative to put up the Christmas tree and decorate it, we have many Christmas decorations gathered from Christmases past haha. Another thing I love about Christmas is that in Venezuela we have the custom of making the Christmas dish that is the Hallacas which are accompanied by ham bread, pernil (pork leg) and chicken salad. Some people like to drink sangria, rum or cream punch, which is very popular at this time of the year. Something that I also like about Christmas more than the Christmas dishes are the sweets, such as black cake, panettone (my favorite is the chocolate one) and soft almond nougat. These dates remind me that I should be grateful because God has been so good to me allowing me to live one more day with my parents and my siblings, I also remember my grandmother who is one of the most important people for me. It brings a lot of nostalgia these dates but I keep the good memories. I will share with you some pictures of my Christmas so you can see that my mom excels decorating haha. ❤️🤗
