I tried Nerissa Tridawn along with Djinn Oshannus on the battlefield and both of them did great with their magic attack. Nerissa Tridawn needed a single chance to kill a single enemy and its a good support in magic team.
This is a magic attack monster which may attack from any position and probably in any ruleset. It has ten health portions, three magic attacks, two speed and it doesn't offer any special ability but this monster can be a great support if it gets extra support from the summoner and that's what I'm gonna show you.
Let's get to the battle.
Here's the battle link if you wish to check.
Choosing Monsters
My Team | Opponent's Team |
---|---|
Djinn Oshannus | Chaos Agent |
Nerissa Tridawn | Failed Summoner |
Nil | Regal Peryton |
Nil | Elven Mystic |
Nil | Venari Spellsmith |
Nil | Khmer Princess |
I created my team selecting only two monsters and my opponent created their team selecting six monsters each where I used water element and my opponent team used earth element.
Choosing Valnamor as the summoner, I used only two magic attack monsters where only Djinn Oshannus has a special ability that allow it to reduce damage from magic attacks using void ability, but Nerissa Tridawn didn't offer any abilities but it already got better attack than the other monster and that I chose Valnamor as the summoner that offers +1 magic attack, both monsters that I chose gotten stronger.
The Battle
All two of my monsters were blessed with one extra magic attack each and both of them got one speed and one health portion each as well. And for my opponent's summoners buff, all four attackers were blessed with one extra magic attack when the other two were simply non attackers although one of them had a special ability that is equal to an attack if it gets hit by a magic attacker and I chose only magic attackers so...
My team got the first kill and that's in the first round after Djinn Oshannus did its damage. My Djinn Oshannus had the most speed among all monsters in both team and it attacked first and killed Chaos Agent of the opponent team and got me the first kill.
Then my opponent's Regal Peryton attacked and tried to damage two health of my Djinn Oshannus when the djinn reduced this attack by 50% using void ability. Failed Summoner of the opponent team was at the front position with four health portions and my Nerissa Tridawn attacked this opponent monster with four magic attacks that damaged the whole health of the opponent monster and the opponent monster triggered its magic reflect ability and damaged two health of my attacker before dying.
There were four monsters in the opponent team and all of them got 2 magic attacks each which was total eight damages and Regal Peryton already took its part for that round but the other monsters still got six magic damages with them what my Djinn Oshannus might be able to reduce to half using void ability and I see my Nerissa Tridawn still had the chance to kill two more opponent monsters with her next two turns.
So, all three opponent monsters started attacking and attacked my Djinn Oshannus alone one after another and damaged total three health of my djinn doing six damages as my djinn really reduced half damage from each attack. Then it was the second round where my Djinn Oshannus first attacked and damaged three/half health of the opponent's Regal Peryton and made the way for my Nerissa Tridawn to kill that bird next time.
Regal Peryton attacked and damaged one health of my Djinn Oshannus with its last turn and my djinn reduced this damage as well in half.
Then my Nerissa Tridawn threw a magic bolt with four damage that killed the opponent's Regal Peryton. It was the three opponent monsters turn again and they damaged three health of my Djinn Oshannus and I see it was the last time something like this would happen in this battle as the dice was totally in my hand at that moment.
My Djinn Oshannus attacked and killed opponent's Elven Mystic in the next round and then my Nerissa Tridawn attacked and killed Venari Spellsmith. Those opponent monsters were no match to my monsters at that moment. The opponent's Khmer Princess took its last chance and damaged only one health of my Djinn Oshannus and then my djinn killed this last opponent monster in the beginning of the next round.
I see Nerissa Tridawn did nice on the battle using its big time magic attacks. So, what do you think of Nerissa Tridawn and about my play?
How do you like me explaining what I'm experiencing?
