My performance task in math. Drawing my dream house using polygon shapes.
I got a perfect score
Happy weekend, everyone!
Finally, it's vacation. Yesterday was our last day of school and it has been an emotional and memorable day. We did not really do anything the whole day. We just had fun with our teachers and classmates. Our class adviser gave us ice cream each. We also had some games and stuff. Some cried because we were going to miss each other. I am sad but I did not show my tears.
The other day before that was our completion of all our performance tasks, activities, and mini-tasks in school. One of which is our math subject. In the last quarter, we studied geometry, but in our performance task, our teacher just let us draw our dream house using polygons. A polygon is a flat shape made with straight lines. Triangles, squares, pentagons, and hexagons are all types of polygons. The name of the polygon tells you how many sides it has. For instance, a triangle has three sides, and a square has four sides. I was so happy because drawing is my hobby and we did not have to sove hard math problems.
I drew a 3d bungalow house using polygon shapes like triangle, rectangle, square and circle. It's all visible in my dream house drawing. When teacher checked our papers, I was surprised I got a perfect score. I was very happy.
