Kabiosi could be translated to "He who cannot be questioned". It is often used by the Yorubas in praise of kings. It is an expression of the king's power and sovereignty. An expression of the common deference to the king.
That is a huge title and in my opinion is due to God alone; not even to human kings.
God alone is beyond questioning. Not only because He reigns supreme and is the maker and chief arbiter of the universe who could do with it what he pleases at anytime, but also because He is the wisest. Since he is the wisest, it follows that none other can properly question Him. It takes a greater or at least an equivalent mind to probe properly the reasoning of any given mind, and since God is the mind here, so to speak, and he is the greatest mind for lack of better terms, who can presume that superiority over Him? No one.
It is for this reason we entrust our lives to Him in humility for no one ever did so in history and was disappointed (at least to the best of my knowledge). This implies that He is trustworthy with all judgements that pertain to our affairs as men.
We entrust our affairs to His infinite wisdom and know with certainty that He will support us. Also, even when we pray but do not seem to receive answer, we can know that He is on the issue and it is in our best interest.
Let us trust the unquestionable God for it is in fact not that we have another reasonable choice.
I hope this makes meaning to some of us here who may be struggling with certain challenges and uncertainties at the moment. Join me and let's sing praises to this unquestionable, all wise and infinitely benevolent Father.
