Hello Hive Family. I hope you all are healthy.
Today I go to Narkanda for skiing. The ski slope of Narkanda is amidst the dense Himalayan fir forests, it looks very beautiful in the snow. Tourists from far and wide come here to enjoy the snow.
I wake up early in the morning and go to Narkanda market with milk. In the market I see some tourists carrying skis. Seeing them I also decide that I also want to ski today. I don't have ski equipment so I have to take skiing on rent. Ski equipment is very expensive in India. So I withdraw some money from the ATM and reach the ski point. Then I ask about the ski rates there. So there we come to know that it costs Rs 500 per hour. I tell them brother, I am local, reduce some money. So he says, it is morning time, there will be no less money. I abuse him in my mind and give him money for one hour.
It takes me five minutes to put on the skis and they don't even have a helmet. It takes me about twenty minutes to reach the peak. I am skiing after three years. As soon as I reach the peak, all my old memories get refreshed because I had taken a skiing course on these same slopes about eight years ago. I take a deep breath and release the skis downhill. I still know all the ski techniques. After all these years I am still skiing well. I did a total of three rounds and my time was up. I return the skis to the counter. And I ask the rate of zip lining which is very high. Then I think that if I stay here for a while, I may have to sell both my kidneys. After many years, today I felt good skiing, today perhaps I will ski in my dreams too.

There are many good skiers here but it is an expensive sport due to which people here are not interested in skiing. The price of second hand ski here is Rs 35000. Which is too much for local.
