I just look in the mirror or look towards the sky, where I can get the truth of life, since for me it seems to be a deep and uncertain topic. It is where I ask myself, What does knowing the truth mean for our inner self? In my experience, this search is neither linear nor simple; This is a continuous and constantly evolving process. Well I see that the truth of life is not static, but a flow of thoughts and feelings that flow through the life we live. In meditation I learned that to understand the truth about life, I had to accept the fact that life is difficult and different.
In my philosophy thinking about the truth of life often requires deep self-examination. When I look inward, I see a series of layers and dimensions in the image. Sometimes I see things that surprise or scare me. This revelation of inner truth can be very dangerous because it brings out the dark parts or the parts we like to hide.
Everything is in our control and the beauty of thinking and reflecting. However, facing these situations and accepting them as part of our reality is necessary so that we can understand ourselves.
