Harvesting of the whole garden

So we actually made the decision to harvest the whole garden because of the frost , so we really needed to preserve alot of the veggies , and that has kept me busy today..

So I also quickly made the tomatillo salsa , a spaghetti sauce , sweet cucumber , the relish , cowboy candy , even made a watermelon jelly etc.

Well that is my own quick way of trying to preserve the harvest from the garden..
