Greetings to the community
Guys it is true that I have been a bit away from this community, one of my favorites, but it has been for the greater good. I was giving a course to new users in my country as you know that hive has a high learning curve for newcomers. I am also working on a crypto-adoption project in my community and onboarding, really my time is very restricted.
We already talked about me and my projects in the Hispanic part. Just last Sunday the @newbies-hive course started and I could have the pleasure to teach the first class, which is about Setting smart goals in Hive. The users who attended are @literal and @dfreitesp, being only the 3 of us we were able to chat and interact much better. They exposed their old goals and what they plan to achieve during the course. When we are new to Hive we know that we want to grow our hp, make ourselves known and increase our reputation, these goals are not bad, but they are not smart because we have no specific time defined to achieve it, to make it smart we must plan with short periods and real objectives to see our progress and go climbing little by little.
Saludos comunidad Muchachos es verdad que he estado un poco alejado de esta comunidad, una de mis favoritas, pero ha sido por un bien mayor. Estaba dando un curso a los usuarios nuevos de mi país ya que saben que hive tiene una curva elevada de aprendizaje para los de recién ingreso. También ando en un proyecto de criptoadopcion en mi comunidad y de onboarding, de veras mi tiempo está muy restringido.
Ya hablamos de mí y de mis proyectos en la parte hispana. Justo el domingo pasado comenzó el curso @newbies-hive y pude tener el placer de dar la primera clase, que se trata de Establecer metas inteligentes en Hive. Los usuarios que asistieron son @literal y @dfreitesp, al ser solamente nosotros 3 pudimos charlar e interactuar mucho mejor. Ellos expusieron sus metas antiguas y lo que tienen planificado lograr durante el curso. Cuando somos nuevos en Hive sabemos que queremos crecer nuestro hp, darnos a conocer y aumentar nuestra reputación, estas metas no están mal, pero no son inteligentes ya que no tenemos tiempo específico definido para lograrla, para hacerla inteligente debemos planificarnos con períodos cortos y objetivos reales para ir viendo nuestro avance e ir escalando de a poco.

Aprendimos entre todos que en Hive solamente no se gana con la creación de contenido, podemos usar los juegos, el trading de mercado y los distintos concursos y campañas de las comunidades. También tienen la parte de creación audiovisual si les cuesta mucho ✍️ escribir, un excelente método de explorar otras opciones.
Para crecer su reputación y la cantidad de seguidores, lo más recomendable es hacer vida activa en las comunidades donde son frecuentes, tienen que comentar votar y lograr hacer engadgement para cumplir esta meta.
El domingo que viene será la segunda clase del curso dónde espero que asistan y poder compartir un rato ameno entre nosotros. En este curso tendrán la oportunidad de compartir con otros usuarios que están en la misma situación de ellos y podrán conocer la maravillosa comunidad hivelearners. Surgió la duda de porqué hacer el KYC, para que todos sepan esta medida es para demostrar que son usuario reales, es la única comunidad que he visto que hace esto y lo apruebo totalmente, tal vez las otras comunidades debieran tomarlo como referencia y así evitamos las creaciones de múltiples cuentas y perfiles falsos que solo vienen a tratar de desangrar nuestra plataforma.
