Greetings, coffee loving community!

Today on another day at my work we wanted to experiment a little in terms of coffee brewing and I asked my co-worker and barista trainer to prepare me a very strong coffee that would wake me up, since I had a bad night and could not sleep properly and before leaving for work he prepared it for me.

Now I also needed you to wake up my senses with this coffee because I also train after work and believe me this was the best way to wake up all my senses and have a high performance and demanding training.

This coffee is a double espresso or better known as doppio.

Which we added a shot of amaretto or commonly known as almond liqueur, which enhanced many flavors such as sweet and fruity and increased blood pressure, as it contained liquor.

This is not a common coffee and I would not recommend it to anyone, in my opinion, the subject of liqueur with coffee is not for everyone.

In my publication I present to you how the extraction of this coffee was done, which we used the double filter holder with the charge of two espressos, at the end we added the almond liqueur known as amaretto and that was it.

This recipe was recommended to me as previously mentioned by the barista in charge trainer and also trained as a bar tender, which has the knowledge of both worlds and I have no doubt that it is a delicacy although the idea sounds crazy.

Excellent combination to wake you up, get moving and recharge your batteries 🙌🙌🙌

The truth is that I have not tried this type of alcoholic beverages, however I would like to know how to😅
