That foot in the foto, is that foot standing or reclined? I can't tell. How high up are you there? Gives me sweaty feet and fear of heights is not in my roundhouse.

I read this yesterday but couldn't comment because I had a rush appointment to have my keys inked in a blink in a hidden region of my flesh.

That's my foot, it's standing. So is my other foot but the handrail I'm leaning against on the cat walk or mezzanine of the tower crane wasn't 3 feet tall so only 1 foot on the edge yikes.

+/- 460 feet.

Oh neat, you got some new art work? Did you really ink your keys? I'm going to need more information.

!OOSIK. Thanks for the word. Nice Christmas hat by the way, all festive red and green like.

Ho! Huh?? How?!?

Okay, so that was as razor edging slicing heights with little hair to spare. I'd need a harness for that height.

It was a private back door deal, done and done. Just a little aftercare and I'll be good to go, going, gone. No displays of private areas, so sorry Sir.

Syck word, eh? So glad you appreciated. 😁

The hat....

Top of the world without handrails ain't necessarily my thing either, I prefer performing miracles from a phone.

You should see iron heads (iron workers). Scale 8" wide crane arms 460 feet in the air surrounded by nothing but gravity with a smoke in one hand, texting in the other.

It's why we call them iron heads cuz they're not bright.

I like that a lot, but I'm still jealous you and @brandt had a hangout and sticker party.

Some people are built for it. I've watched work in the city here, seen enough, and though I admire anyone who can do that. I cannot.

Diversity matters for survival, someone has to do "whatever" job. What do they call welders?

Welders are in several crafts. Boiler makers are probably known for their quality above the rest. Either then or nascar welders. But you got iron heads who also weld, just different parts of the structure, pipe fitters, carpenters, etc.

Guess what I'm trying to say is welding is more task, less trade. Never thought of it til now. 🤷🏼

Welding is more task, less trade...hmmmmm. That's really interesting. Maybe jack-of-all metals for welders?

Aluminum over head, balancing on one leg, one handed and blindfolded. Stainless that'll hold but I wouldn't call myself a stainless welder. That's it for me.

Ugh, overhead, my least favourite. Yup, done the aluminum, inside out, upside down, very thick to very thin, you name it, fabricated it too. Aluminum is awful. Stainless I haven't touched. My fav is always and will forever be, carbon steel. It makes me hot. 😂
