I presume, a lot depends upon how impactful our persona has been around people in places of significance. If our personality has shed rays of hope and positivty among people, we are bound to be remembered in good words, if we have left negativity and toxicity, we will be remembered accordingly.
But, there are people who have left an everlasting mark on the face of the history. One thing that I find relevant in the evergreen personas is that they had unique and different ideologies and they had firm and resilient mindsets. Continuity of action and thought is another thing that I can enlist here. I can go on about them, but the question is not about them, it is about what happens when we leave.
This is what I believe, you can differ from me and from my ideas. When we leave, the pain of separation and the excitement of movement interchange and mingle. We feel a lot of things in that moment and so do the people being left. However, gradually, we start being forgotten. The little things are forgotten at first when we leave. The little nuances are the one being left behind.
It takes time to dissolve the major impacts left by us, but it is overshadowed too with the passage of time. We are replaced by others in the mean time. The connection becomes weary and lost. Indeed, people become lost in other mundane things and we slip off of their priorities. This may sound painful, but it is very much the truth.
I would like to thank you all for your time to read my thoughts. I am hoping that it all made sense to you, if it didn't, we'll make sure to keep going so that when we leave, our mark is left behind.
This is what we're supposed to do; keep going, keep doing.
