Liverpool And The EPL As It Stands!

It feels good to be back again!

Unlike the previous seasons where I pay almost on my attention on my favourite team (Manchester United), this season, I am taking interest in so many teams in the EPL and that's majorly because of their signings.

Many signings that I do not personally expect had happened in the EPL this season and it kind of triggers much interest in me to watch almost everything watchable this season.

Before going into my personal reports and Views on Liverpool's current state, I would love to share my insight on an unbelievable thing that could happen at the end of this season;

I know it's quite unfair to talk of any team relegating at this point in time but sincerely, I really can't help but to feel things could go south of Leicester City this season; not necessarily because they're currently beneath on the table but then, this team is yet to make a signing for this season and funny how they might be losing one of their fine defenders soon.

It's actually not fair to say that club doesn't have a good squad but Leicester has some couple of players that could easily be taken off my injuries like we've always seen in the previous seasons. It's just my view and I still wish them the very best as a Club!

Based on expectations from fans and football lovers, I think it would be correct to say Liverpool started the season on a weak note and the defeat at Old Trafford almost made things worst until Bournemouth paid the painful price 😂

Based on fact, I can't write off Liverpool as a title challenger for this season yet and at the same time, I am still finding difficult to believe Arsenal is really coming out for a trophy this season even though they're really impressive at the moment.

There's has been a lot on how Liverpool selling Mane was a bad move immediately they lost at Old Trafford, but then, they secure a 9 - 0 win against Bournemouth without this same Mane, so I do not think they're much to really look into as far as Mane's move is concern.

Personally, I think Liverpool's weak erections lately are tied to two situations; the absence of more strength in the midfield and most importantly the absence of Nunez since the match against Fulham.

Talking about the match against Fulham, if it's not that the rules are just the rules, I felt the red card was too much at that point in times.

Nunez would be the major reason for me to watch Liverpool this season, and at first, I never knew Luis Diaz was more of the kind of a beast I am seeing in him lately. The combination of Diaz and Nunez, I feel would take off much responsibilities from Salah and the Egyptian might not be able to see the back of the net as much has he did in the previous seasons.

The transfer window is closing in hours and do we think Liverpool could still hijack a quality midfielder to strengthen the team?

I think they could and it depends on Klopp cause I'm sure he knows that's their biggest need at the moment.
