Привіт! Срібна монета присвячена криголаму названого на честь Героя Радянського Союзу капітана Бєлоусова. Єдиний криголам України був спущений на воду ще у 1953 році, та попри це експлуатується дотепер.
Діаметр монети складає 38.6 мм, а вага — 31.1 г. Монета має рифлений гурт. Допис “Серія монет “Морська історія України”, срібло, номінал 10 гривень: Криголам капітан Бєлоусов, 2004 рік” укомплектовано двома світлинами з офіційного сайту Національного банку України. Тираж срібного виробу досить високий — 10 тисяч.
Реверс. Назва монети нанесена у верхній частині. В центрі серед криги впевнено рухається корабель. За ним можна побачити інше судно, якому розчистив дорогу легендарний криголам.
Лицьова сторона. Традиційні національні символи розташовані угорі. Нижче викарбувано рік монети. Зліва зображено штурвал, в центрі якого знаходиться Герб. Нижче художники нанесли якір. Справа від якора вказано номінал, а нижче — проба, назва металу, вагу та лого МД.

Greetings! The silver coin is dedicated to the icebreaker named after the Hero of the Soviet Union Captain Belousov. Ukraine's only icebreaker was launched back in 1953, but it is still in operation.
The diameter of the coin is 38.6 mm, and the weight is 31.1 g. The coin has a fluted band. Below, the artists drew an anchor. To the right of the anchor is the nominal value, and below it is the grade, name of the metal, weight and the MD logo.
